Privacy Policy
SOOMBEES (숨비, “the Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea to protect personal information and to handle related concerns promptly.
1. Purpose of processing
The Company processes personal information only to review and answer inquiries received through the inquiry form on soombees.com or by email. If the purpose changes, the Company will obtain separate consent.

The form does not collect any other personal information, such as phone numbers or resident registration numbers.
3. Retention period
Inquiry information is kept for 1 year from receipt and then deleted without delay. It is deleted earlier if you request deletion, unless the law requires it to be kept.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except with your separate consent or where required by law.
5. Outsourcing and international transfer
The Company outsources the following processing to operate the website, which involves transfer of personal information outside Korea.

The transferred items are those listed in Section 2. If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you may refrain from using the form and email; in that case we may not be able to receive your inquiry.
6. Destruction
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered; inquiry records are deleted from the server automatically after the retention period.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. The Company will act without delay. You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or an authorized person. Children under 14 should not use the form; the Company does not knowingly collect their information.
8. Security measures
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Stored files accessible only to the dedicated receiving service account; server administration limited to public-key authentication
- Firewall and submission rate limits to prevent abuse
- Access to personal information limited to the CEO
9. Cookies
The Company does not use cookies on this website. The security service (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to block malicious traffic; you can refuse cookies in your browser settings.

12. Changes
This Privacy Policy is effective from October 22, 2026. Any changes will be announced on this website. If there is any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
